NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Loyal Drums LLC, 31 Utah Pl., Ste. 112, Fredericksburg, VA 22405 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available under Restrictive Rights and Exclusive Licensing Agreements.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

This requirement is for Cooperman Series Rope Tension Snare Drums, Cooperman Series Rope Tension Bass Drums, and a maintenance clinic manufactured and provided by Loyal Drums LLC.

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EST, 03 April 2023.
