This is a Request for Information (RFI) – Sources Sought Notice Only. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes only. The United States (US) Government is seeking sources to determine a sole-source justification.

1. The resulting information will be used to determine if there are sufficient resources to support a sole source for the solicitation, and award of the contract. The US Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder; not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any further RFQ; IFB or RFP if issued.

2. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561210 - Facilities Support Services. All contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall be registered and approved through the System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, and EPLS. There is no fee to register for this site. Entities may register at no cost directly from this page. The proposed performance start date will be on or about 15 August 2023 the Solicitation number is W91YTZ-23-Q-0067.

3. Note – Prior to award your company shall reflect the NAICS Code 561210 identified on your SAM. This service contract is required to support the Health Technology Management Branch (HTMB) with this contract will service multiple Lasers, Gamma Camera, and Radiology systems. The Contractor will provide services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for (See Equipment List attached), located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. The primary objective is to provide inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs shall be performed semiannually, working with the Healthcare Technology Management Branch COR to perform such services within the scheduled service month. Contractor shall provide certification paperwork for each medical device. Please see attached equipment listing.
