The United States Coast Guard is seeking at lease at least 1500 BOMA rentable square feet, to house Coast Guard Recruitment Command Personnel. This space should have the capability to house 5-8 people during a standard workday. It will need to contain a kitchenette, storage area, IT closet, unisex bathroom and must have a back door.
Space must be available no later than May 2023
