Description

1.3 Contractor Technical Specifications and Requirements: It is imperative that this product present the 82 nd Airborne Division in a professional manner, with industry-professional quality staging, audio, and lighting support. The technical specifications of the Contractor must meet the following:



a. Production Company is preferred to have experience working with military bands.



b. Production Company must be familiar with the performance venue – 82nd Airborne Division Headquarters, 1 All American Way, Fort Bragg, NC, 28307



c. Production Company must provide all production equipment to meet the intent of the production. The production intent will be discussed and provided to the vendor IAW with the dates listed in section 1.7 below (Period of Performance).



d. Contractor will be required to submit a sample of their work that will be of similar magnitude to the upcoming performances. The sample provided must be in a video format and meet the following criteria:



(1). Set up and/or performed staging, lighting, audio, and video during a live performance of any of the following ensembles:



i. Symphony Orchestra (at least 40 member)



ii. Concert Band Ensemble (at least 30 member) iii. 18-member Jazz Ensemble iv. 4-member rock/pop ensemble



(2). YouTube channels or other SocialMedia links demonstrating production capability from Vendors will be acceptable.



e. The Band Commander will be appointed as the head of the packet review committee (IAW AR 220-90) and will decide which contractor will be selected based on subjective artistic reasons.



1.4 Equipment: The Contractor shall provide the following necessary equipment to meet the requirements listed in this SOW:



FOH and Stage Audio



• One (1) Meyer MINO line array speaker box (ten (10) boxes each)



• Two (2) Yamaha CL5 consoles



• One (1) stage monitor



• One (1) Band & Orchestra wired microphone package



• Twelve (12) Shure ULX-D wireless microphones



• four (4) in-ear monitors and receiver boxes



Infrastructure and Stage/Ground Support



• One (1) ground support system



• One (1) 6K forklift • Option – One (1) Stage with tiered on-stage risers, height level to be determined



• Option – Two (2) 30KW generators



• Option – One (1) 100KW generator service



Lighting



• Six (6) Martin Lighting MAC AuraXB



• Twelve (12) Martin Lighting MAC Viper AirFX - US



• Eight (8) Martin Lighting Quantum Wash



• Six (6) Martin Lighting MAC Axiom



• Option – Eight (8) Q40 Building Wash



• One (1) Clearcom system



• One (1) Grand MA full-size lighting console



• Two (2) DF50 Hazers



• Minimum Twelve (12) Battery Powered Tree Lighting systems



1.5 Trucking and Transportation: The Contractor shall provide the following necessary equipment to meet the requirements under this PWS



• 1 ea. Round Trip trucking to Division Headquarters (equipment pickup/delivery)



1.6 Labor: The Contractor shall provide the following necessary labor to meet the requirements listed in this SOW:



• One (1) Production Manager/Sound Technician



• One (1) Sound Technician



• One (1) Audio Assist



• Two (2) Lighting Technician



• Two (2) Riggers



• Stagehands
