The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Fort Bragg, NC, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide non-personal services to provide Perfusionist services and cadaver support to the USASOC enterprise. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Perfusionist services during training exercises. The Contractor shall provide standard and sensitive-use cadavers that conform to all applicable federal and local laws and policies listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The anticipated period of performance is for a twelve (12) month base ordering period and four (4) twelve-month ordering periods. The primary place of performance will be Fort Bragg, NC; however, training may take place at other CONUS locations.
The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 621991, "Blood and Organ Banks," with a small business size standard of $40 million. This requirement will be solicited with Full and Open Competition and will be subject to the policies and procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and other applicable regulations and FAR supplements.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants on/around 14 March 2023. The RFP and any subsequent documents will be accessible through the following site only: https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal at the designated date/time as indicated in the solicitation.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the above site for the release of the RFP package and any subsequent amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed, and telephone requests will not be honored.
