Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. RFQ SPE4A8-23-Q-0012. Procurement of Three (3) Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Live Tooling Y Axis Turning Centers in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 22-30-1326 dated 28 November 2022. The contractor shall provide Three (3) Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Live Tooling Y Axis Turning Centers with Tooling, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag, Foundation, External Services, Installation and Shipping. Quantity three (3) each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition procedures. Non NSN item. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175 shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 340 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 23, 2023.
