16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 900 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 13 knots.
