NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE



Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to LSC Environmental Products, 2183 Pennsylvania Ave., Apalachin, NY 13732.



THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.



This requirement is for (84) Eighty-Four Posi-Shell® Brown Base Mix 500-lb Bags for Landfill aboard Camp Lejuene, NC. The Brown Base mix is a ground cover required to reduce smell of waster water and help prevent environment waste.



Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 11:00 AM EST, 15 March 2023, via email. Point of Contact (POC) is Patricia Quinones, email patricia.quinones@usmc.mil.
