Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC will be soliciting offers for VCS Pacs and Security Additions. The Contractor shall provide all labor, time, travel, materials and equipment to add to the current CCURE9000 PACS, Duress Alarm System and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the canteen areas. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q0713 will be issued on or about May 02, 2023. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is June 01, 2023 (or date of award) through December 31, 2023. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 million. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
