Description

This is a Request for information (RFI) only. This is NOT a request for quotation/proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract/purchase order. Currently, there is no solicitation available. This RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.



MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Contracting Department has a requirement for the acquisition of Audio-Visual equipment and associated delivery/installation services. The equipment will be installed in one (1) two-story building. Equipment will be independently installed among multiple offices and a few conference rooms. The equipment will not be integrated from room to room.



The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, which has a small business size standard of 750 employees.



Interested firms are requested to respond to the following:



1. Please provide a realistic delivery time for all items listed within the attached document.



2. Please provide an estimated timeframe for installation of items listed in the attached document.



Note: The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement.



A Small Business or Socio-economic set-aside has not been determined at this time. The government reserves the right to set this acquisition aside for Small Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned small business, Woman-Owned small business, or Small Disadvantaged Business firms based on the responses it receives. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly.
