The Government intends to establish multiple BPA's to be effective 15 November 2022 through 14 November 2025 for Base Telecommunication Services at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. The proposed BPA will be a pre-priced decentralized instrument to be used by the 4th Communications Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB. A BPA is a charge account-type instrument which will permit selected activities to place orders directly with your firm or representative, using your agency’s established price list. This agreement will establish a procedure for the fulfillment of our anticipated repetitive requirements from your firm. In order to establish a BPA, we request that you fill out the excel price list and return. The price list must have an effective date and an ending date, preferably 15 November 2022 through 14 November 2025. The Contracting Officer will review and if approved the price list will be returned along with the Blanket Purchase Agreement and the listing of Authorized Callers. Once approved by the Contracting Officer the price list dictates the amount to be paid to your firm for services rendered. A list of authorized callers, by name, title or position, will be furnished to you and only those positions listed are authorized to place calls. It is your responsibility to ensure only calls from authorized individuals are accepted. Accepting calls from unauthorized callers may result in payment delays or the invoice being rejected and not paid. If a BPA is awarded to your firm, it will be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
