NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE





Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Stone Collins Motor Rewinding, INC 111 Ramsey Road, Jacksonville, NC 28546.



THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.



This requirement is for the teardown and completely rebuild two (2) 140 HP Flygt Model 3306 Wastewater pumps aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. The two (2) pumps are mission critical equipment required to ensure wastewater treatment plants are functioning aboard Camp Lejeune.



Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 11:00 AM EST, 12 May 2023, 2023, via email. Point of Contact (POC) is Patricia Quinones, email patricia.quinones@usmc.mil.
