Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, The Town of Apex is now accepting sealed bids for the following: Parks & Recreation Program Buses.

Sealed proposals will be received until 3pm on Friday, May 26, 2023 and opened immediately thereafter and publicly read at Apex Purchasing Department,105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, in Purchasing Manager Steve Maynard’s office.

Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Apex, 105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, Attn: Steve Maynard and marked “PRCR Program Bus Bid. Do not open until Friday, May 26th 3pm.”
