The Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, requests proposals from qualified law firms to provide legal advisory services to the Department of Affordable Housing and Community Connections and the Department of Public Housing. Needed services fall into the following general legal practice areas: Real Estate Development (Municipal and Public-Private); Housing, including Affordable and Public; Development Finance (Municipal); Economic Development; General Real Estate Transactional; and Zoning and Land Use.
Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on January 23. Please email the proposal as a pdf to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Business Management Department, at zalam@townofchapelhill.org with “AH Legal Services Proposal” in the subject line
All questions should be sent no later than 5:00 PM on January 9. All questions and responses will be published on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org in the form of an addendum by 5:00 PM on January 13.

The Town of Chapel Hill will not pay for any costs associated with the proposal preparation, submission, presentation, or evaluation.
The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
