The Town of Chapel Hill seeks a qualified vendor to provide video and broadcast services for Town Council and other related meetings and to maintain the Town’s Gov-TV Studio equipment. Proposals are due to the Purchasing & Contracts Manager, by 3:00 P.M. on May 22, 2023.

Questions regarding video services must be submitted in writing to either Sabrina Oliver, Town Clerk at soliver@townofchapelhill.org , or Deputy Town Clerk Amy Harvey at aharvey@townofchapelhill.org . Questions must be received by May 15, 2023. by 5:00 P.M. Answers will be posted on the Town’s website, www.townofchapelhill.org, by May 17, 2023.
The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject all proposals for any reason or no reason and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
