The Project consists of construction associated with a new 21,471 square foot, single-story building and site work at 2945 Riverside Drive, Asheville, NC. The building will house the County’s Fleet, General Services, and Grounds departments with a 10-bay fleet services garage, shared storage, and office space. The County’s resolution adopting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards applies to this project
