The Information Systems Department of the City of Winston-Salem is requesting proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing professional services to augment the City’s current in-house Oracle support staff. This effort will include providing on-demand, as-needed third-party support for production issues, daily operations, and project-based work. The City’s current staff is skilled in the use of Oracle products and can typically self-support. The intent of this RFP is to address potential gaps in support due to staff unavailability such as vacations, illnesses, emergency absences, etc.
