Rockingham County is requesting lump sum bids for the construction of a 20’ x 40’ picnic shelter at the Governmental Center (371 NC Hwy 65, Reidsville NC 27320). Plans and specifications are provided in the RFP. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors for the State of North Carolina and meet the required Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance requirements of the County.
