| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
The EHS Building at UNC Chapel Hill and was constructed in 2005. This project will be a comprehensive replacement of all roofing, including the single ply membrane roof and standing seam metal roof. The entire roof footprint is approx. 22,500 SF total. This project will remove all existing roof systems down to the existing structural deck, repair and/or replace any damaged roof decking and install the new roof systems with flashing and accessories to provide a complete, watertight roof assembly.
