North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the Centennial Campus Plaza project. This project creates a new plaza on The Oval, just east of Hunt Library. Public art will be displayed on this new plaza. The art is separately commissioned by the university, however, the installation of the art will be performed by a specialized glass art handler, hired by the general contractor. The new plaza will have hardscape consisting of decorative aggregate and pavers, underdrain system, specialized site lighting, and landscaping.
