One-Two Sentences
The G.L. Butler building scope includes air handler replacements and a new fire alarm system. The Telecommunications building scope includes central plant tie-in, air handler unit replacement, building automation systems, main distribution panel replacement, and generator. From this solicitation, a single design firm will be selected for both projects. Separate design contracts will be issued, one for each project.
