This multi-phased project installs a Fire Protection System and addresses code deficiencies for the seven-story Poe Hall (built 1970). Phase 1 installs an electric fire pump and sprinkler riser, with valved stub-outs at each floor to facilitate future renovations by floor. Site work includes bringing a new fire line to the building, backflow preventer, and repairing/restoring landscape and hardscape.
