Description:

Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA), to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove the existing generator and concrete pad, permanently install a new 60kw generator, a new five (5)-day fuel supply tank, and a new concrete pad at ONWASA’s Shore Drive Pump Station as specified in the Request for Bids (hereinafter referred to as RFB) until 2:00 pm on May 26, 2023, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. All work is to be performed at the Shore Drive Pump Station located at the corner of W Shore Drive and Hwy 24 in Swansboro, NC 28584. This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the project is awarded.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.

Special Requirements:
A mandatory site visit will be held at Shore Drive Pump Station on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:00 am to give prospective bidders the opportunity to physically inspect the work location prior to submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
