Pender County Utilities is accepting proposals from qualified firms to contract for a 10 year long term, full service maintenance and asset management program for the following elevated water storage tanks until 3:00 pm ET on December 7, 2022.

All information outlined in the Request for Proposal, along with any other pertinent facts necessary for a proper evaluation of this proposal, should be delivered to Pender County Utilities prior 3:00 pm ET on December 7, 2022. Three bound and typewritten copies as well as one electronic copy of the RFP shall be presented in a sealed envelope per instructions on the request for proposal. The outside of the package must be labeled with RFP # 221011-233 and the submitting firm’s name.

Proposals should be submitted to in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker Street, Burgaw, NC 28425. Proposals sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC 28425. Proposals lost in the mail or otherwise delivered late cannot be considered.

The County reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Pender County Utilities.
