RFP AVIA 23-11 On Call Demolition Services
The scope of this contract shall be to provide demolition and abatement services for removing various commercial and residential structures around the airport. The Airport is seeking to select three (3) contractors for these on call contracts, with the work being divided among the three (3) contractors as necessary. In addition, the Airport has two (2) large demolition projects that will be given to two (2) of the firms selected after contracts are awarded. The first (1st) project is the old FAA Tower Complex. The second (2nd) project is for buildings at 4401 Yorkmont Road and 5508 Tunnel Road. This work will result in contactors receiving contacts at different values to work on these two unique demolition projects in addition to the ordinary demolition work described herein.
