Spectrum Center Renovations Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services
This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is issued by the City of Charlotte (“City”) to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk (“CMAR” ) for the Spectrum Center Renovation Project (“Project”). The Guaranteed Maximum Price (“GMP”) estimate for the project is $137,250,000.00 (the target GMP Range). The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from Firms whose combination of relevant experience and personnel will provide timely professional services to the City for this project.

Make every effort to be on time. Please meet at the Bank of America Executive Entrance off 5th street. All entrants must present a valid photo ID and may be subject to screening prior to entering the facility. Parking will not be provided but there are many surface lots in the area.
