CATS Sponsorship and Naming Rights RFP

CATS is seeking a vendor to assist in the development and execution of a revenue-generating, corporate sponsorship and naming rights program.

The vendor will review CATS’ physical and intangible assets to identify potential sponsorship and/or naming rights opportunities and estimate their value. The vendor will develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to identify and solicit potential sponsors. The vendor will assist CATS with negotiation of corporate sponsorship and naming rights agreements. The vendor may also have the opportunity to identify other marketable assets not owned or utilized by CATS (the “City Assets”). If appropriate, work on other City Assets may be detailed in subsequent amendments or task orders to the contract issued in response to this proposal.

This project will be broken into two phases as described in the Scope of Work contained in the RFP.
