ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS AND AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) IMPLEMENTATION
The City of Charlotte (City) intends to contract with one or more firms (Consultant) to provide as-needed Archietectual services (Services) for various projects (Projects) for a period of four (3) years. The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective and professional services to the City. The City reserves the right to enter into one or more contracts with any firm selected under this RFQ process. A Scope of Work is provided in Exhibit A – Scope of Work.

Deadline for Questions: March 10, 2023.
SOQs shall be sent via email to the solicitation contact listed in the RFQ OR enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, addressed to the City of Charlotte. The name and address of the firm, and the RFQ number and RFQ title,shall be placed on the outside of the package. All items required for a responsive SOQ shall be included. It is the sole responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the SOQ package is received no later than the established due date and time at the proper location. SOQs received after the due date and time will not be considered. SOQs submitted by facsimile or other electronic means will not be accepted. |
