Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using other than full and open competition



General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space for:



State: North Carolina



City: Research Triangle Park (RTP)



Delineated Area: North: Highway 157;Orange Factory Road; Stageville Road, Old Oxford Road, Central Ave into Interstate 85; East: Route 1 to Interstate 540 to Interstate 40 South: 421 into Highway 42 West: Highway 86, 501 (south of 54/501 crossing), 57 (north of 85)



The US government intends to award a succeeding/superseding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Social Secuirty Adminstration that is expiring in Research Triangle Park at 3604 LOUIS STEPHENS DRIVE.



The Government requires office and relared space yielding a minimum of 74,000 ANSI/BOMA office area and 100 adjacent parking space. The space must be located on site. be contigouos and all services, supplies, utlities, partotioning, and tenant alteration must be included as part of the rental considesation.



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 74,000



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 74,500
