Description

Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole sourced surgical Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Southeast Veterinary Neurology, Virginia Beach, VA.



This procurement is for Military Working Dog (MWD) “Roy” which was deployed downrange and appeared to have neurological issues and presented with unilateral facial nerve paralysis of unknown origin. Due to the severity of paralysis and damage to the working dog, military doctors recommend referral to Southeast Veterinary Neurology to provide specialty level diagnostics and MRI.
