The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort McCoy intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Knightdale Ventures, LLC DBA Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh, 3722 Shipyard BLVD, STE C, Wilmington, NC 28403, CAGE Code 82U03. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure short term lodging at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh, Knightdale, NC 27545. The period of performance will be 19 – 26 February 2024. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale Raleigh is the only hotel within 1 mile of 408 Hinton Oaks Blvd, Knightdale, NC 27545.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered before the notice end date. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that they are eligible and capable of providing these services. If no affirmative written responses are received by 11:00 AM Central Time on 5 January 2024, an award will be made without further notice. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
