NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to JWC Environmental, Inc, 2850 S. Red Hill Avenue, Suite 125, Santa Ana, California 92705-5541, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source is reasonably available.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

This requirement is for the purchase of (2) 8-inch P/N: 30005-0008, (2) 12-inch P/N: 30005-0012, (2) 18-inch P/N: 30005-0018, (2) 24-inch P/N: 30005-0024, (2) 32-inch P/N: 30005-0032, (2) 50-inch P/N: 30005-0050 DI Muffin Monster Renews from JWC Environmental, Inc. Units include Buna-N elastomers, and Delta P side rails.

Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EST, 21 June 2023.
