EFFECTIVE TODAY, THIS RFQ/RFP IS ON HOLD AND UNDER REVIEW BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE REVISED PROJECTED AWARD DATE HAS CHANGED FROM: 1 APRIL 2023 TO: 1 APRIL 2024.



THE CURRENT POSTED PRE-SOLICITATION RESPONSE DATE OF 27 MARCH 2023 WILL BE REVISED IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
