The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to perform a sole source Purchase Order for Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc.

Required services to be purchased are: Schneider SpaceLogic Controller AS-P Classic. This is the only known device that maintains complete compatibility with the existing environmental control systems and achieves a desired level of oversight/control for 4 CES technicians to monitor base facilities. No authorized resellers or sources for this system and its maintenance are known to the Government at this time.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by AFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 27 Jul 2023 at 12:00 P.M EST.
