Description

Sole Source Acquisition for IAT Seat Cushions



The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Fain Models LTD. This procurement will be for ACES II Seat Cushions manufactured by Fain Models LTD. All work shall be in accordance with Federal, State and base safety regulations and the manufacturers’ recommendations.



APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:



This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).



Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
