The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other item to deliver automatic Liquefied Petroleum (L.P.) Gas fill-up for approximately 81 DPW-owned and maintained L.P. tanks located on Fort Liberty, Camp MacKall, and Linden Oaks Housing Area, North Carolina. Quantities of L.P. Gas to be supplied are estimated. Delivery Orders will be issued to obligate funds monthly. Prices for L.P. Gas will fluctuate monthly (upward or downward adjustments), based upon percentage changes in the Apex, NC Principal Average, as published in the Butane Propane News (BPN) Weekly Propane Newsletter as defined in the Statement of Work, except for those items specified as government furnished property and supplies. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
