Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Intends to Remain in Place by Exercising a Succeeding Lease for 10,096 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Clinical space for at Goldsboro CBOC. The Department of Veterans Affairs has selected to remain in current space. The new lease is for 10 years. The space must meet accessibility laws in accordance with 4 CFR 101-19.6, App A(Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards).
