This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. The South Charlotte VA Medical Center (VAMC) Clinic, 3506 W Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28208 is seeking potential sources capable of providing complete repairs to the GE Discovery XR650 system located in the Radiology department. The contractor shall provide all personnel, parts & labor, transportation, tools, and other items and any other services necessary. The repairs required for the GE Discovery XR650 system shall include an FSE to arrive on-site with the appropriate tools and parts to return the cart washer to a functional status. The FSE shall repair all problems and change out any parts necessary to bring the GE Discovery XR650 to the original equipment manufacturers (OEM s) standards. Companies MUST have the following certifications and training to be considered capable:
Prior to performance, the contractor shall provide evidence that the service representatives have completed appropriate OEM or equivalent training on the equipment being serviced (GE Discovery XR650).
The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; Small Business Size Standards: $34M.
Response to this sources sought notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size (large or small): identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Services Disabled Veteran- Owned/Veteran-Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
