This Sources Sought notice is being issued for Market Research purposes only. The information obtained from this notice will be used to assist the government in its acquisition strategy.

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY to identify sources that can provide potential support of the MARFORSOC Marine Preservation of the Force and Families (MPOTFF) request for Gymnasium Equipment. The information provided in the sources sought is subject to change and is not binding on the government. USSOCOM (MARFORSOC) has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions / responses to the sources sought become government property and will not be returned.

This sources sought shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, nor as an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any products or services. Per FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government (MARFORSOC) to form a binding contract. No contract awards will be made from this sources sought and no solicitation is available at this time. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the government will arise from contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the government’s use of such information.

Subject: Sources Sought – MARFORSOC MPOTFF request for Gymnasium Equipment; Potential Solicitation for Purchase Order

Description of Requiring Organization: MPOTFF is responsible for all duties revolving around MARFORSOC forces fitness and readiness levels.

Socioeconomic Status: Anticipated Solicitation will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business participation only.

Scope: Vendors shall provide all items listed within the requirements parts list within the attachments section of the posted Sources Sought, all items MUST BE BRAND NAME and no like items will be accepted.

Anticipated Period of Performance: 60 Days ADC Delivery Terms
