Single Award Task Order Contracting (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will be used to execute airlift support services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 481211, Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation and small business size standard is 1500 employees. This requirement is for airlift transportation support services in support of Airborne and Special Operations Test Directorate with aircraft support, including personnel and equipment necessary to perform airlift military free fall training for the parachute jumpers at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The IDIQ will be 5 year Agreement.

The CLIN structure with the minimum and maximum quatntites allowed per the duration of the agreement will be as followed:

CLIN 0001, MINIMUM QUANTITY (1) MAX QUANTITY (3000) Lifts, (Casa 212 Airlift Ride)

CLIN 0002, MINIMUM QUANTITY (1) MAX QUANTITY (3750) Lifts, (Caravan Ride)
