Please refer to Statement of Work for description, period of performance, and equipment needed to be provided by the vendor. Be aware the government will use Government Funished Property for items listed below.
1.12 Government Materials:
1. Facilities: The Government will provide adequate space for preliminary rehearsals and production design. This will occur at the 82nd Airborne Division Band & Chorus main rehearsal facility. The Government will provide 82nd Airborne Division Headquarters, Fort Bragg, NC, as the performance set up/production/tear down space. This will include
- Entrance/exit roads to for equipment trucks to access the site
- Adequate parking for all vehicles
- Bathroom facilities
2. Utilities: The Government will provide power at the 82nd Airborne Division Band & Chorus main rehearsal facility only. The Contractor shall instruct all employees in utilities conservation practices. The Contractor shall be responsible for operating under conditions that preclude the waste of utilities, which include turning off the water faucets or valves after using the required amount to accomplish cleaning vehicles and equipment.
3. Equipment: The Government will provide truss, sound, lights, and effects equipment to include the following items listed below. The vendor will certify and inspect the equipment for serviceability. Any equipment deemed not serviceable will be provided by the vendor.

- 12in heavy duty plated tower truss, 20in heavy duty plated box truss, 12in medium duty plated box truss, 12in light duty spigoted box truss, heavy duty crank lift tower, 12in medium duty line array tower, and entertainment chain hoist
- All hinges, pulley heads, legs, braces, corner blocks, base plates, towers, and truss sections associated with the truss system
- All chains and controllers associated with the chain hoist system
