SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE



M1269 Light Engineer Utility Trailer (LEUT) Type II – Total Package Fielding (TPF)



Overview: The purpose of this announcement is to conduct market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and identify potential sources for Total Package Fielding for an estimated quantity of 358 M1269 Light Engineer Utility Trailer (LEUT) Type IIs. The information requested in this announcement is being sought for informational planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal or a commitment by the Government in any way. All information is to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. There is no solicitation available at this time.



Market Survey Request: The Product Director Light Tactical Vehicles (PD LTV) and Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) are conducting a market survey to determine the level of interest among qualified contractors in providing TPF for the M1269 LEUT Type II to support the immediate requirements of PD LTV.



The capability statement shall be emailed to latara.m.larsosa.civ@army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 p.m., local time, Warren, MI, 18 May 2023.



Instructions for Potential Respondents: Companies that desire to participate in this sources sought are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company’s claim that it presently has the qualifications, experience, and capabilities to provide TPF for the LEUT Type II trailer. The LEUT II is a pintle towed light utility trailer that provides Engineer units a dedicated light equipment transport capability that is C-130 transportable. TPF is the Army's standard materiel fielding process for new and modified materiel systems. The TPF process is designed to deliver Army materiel systems to the using units, as a coordinated package of end items, support items and technical documentation, IAW Army Regulation (AR) 770-2. Specifically, any interested companies are requested to provide the following information:
