Description

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Control Electronics Panel. This solicitation will be restricted to Kidde Technologies (CAGE: 05BU0) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This requirement will be solicited under W56HZV-23-R-0059.





The requirement is for the following:





Part Number: 90044853, Noun: Control Electronics Panel, Estimated 3-year quantity: 722 EA, NAICS Code: 336320, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB: Origin.





The solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0059, is anticipated for release in two to three weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time.
