The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina, is seeking sources to provide one 20-Foot Refrigerated Morgue trailer system – Fully Kitted – Capacity of 16 Decedents. The selected contractor will provide services on an as needed national emergency basis and will provides delivery within 18-24 hours. The requirement will be awarded using the Blanket Purchase Agreement for the period of performance of five years. Womack Army intents to solicit, negotiate, and award an unrestricted competitive award for lease/rental.

The proposed solicitation number is W91YTZ23Q0047 and the resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 333415 Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing and the product service code (PSC) is H141. REQUIREMENT:

Interested Contractor shall have the ability to provide one 20-Foot Refrigerated Morgue Trailer – Fully Kitted – Capacity 16 Decedents. For lease/rental, any required software for full operation of the refrigerator.

Contractor shall provide the morgue trailer, delivery, installation, and the Electrical hook-up to bring unit on-line, and provide training of the refrigerator.
