Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to International Valve Marketing, LLC, located at 483 N Heartland Drive, Unit C, Sugar Grove, IL, 60554-8206, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available as the original equipment manufacturer.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

Requirement is for the purchase of ten Vent-Tech model SDG-Series C Combination Air Release / Vacuum Relief Valve for wastewater, part number 02SDG10TCS-6NN-CL, manufactured by International Valve Marketing, LLC. Items wills be used to relieve wastewater gases safely and effectively to save hardware and reduce maintenance hours.
