The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina, intends to procure this requirement as a single source purchase order to Action Target, LLC.

This requirement is for the repair of an existing Action Target™ Retriever System. This product and its parts are identified to be solely manufactured by, and proprietary of, Action Target, LLC. No other authorized resellers or sources for this system, its parts, or its maintenance are known to the Government at this time.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized in accordance with IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
