Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a single source purchase order to AAR Mobility Systems. This procurement will be for the repair of two (2) Individual Storage Units (ISU) (ISU90KCI, 56000 Series) at Seymour Johnson, AFB, NC.



APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:



This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), AAR Mobility Systems is the only authorized company to perform repairs on the ISU. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whther to condust a ocompetitve requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 12 May 2023 at 10:00AM EST. The anticipated award date is 15 May 2023.
