Description

A Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) has been awarded to ALCON Vision LLC for the procurement of consumables, disposables and accessories to include (Phaco Paks, Monarch Cartridges, Polymer Intrepid Transformer Handpiece, Centurion ultravit anterior vitrectomy probe and numerous other centurion vision accessories) to support the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Ophthalmology Department and the Operating Room. The BPA period of performance will be a three-year ordering period, from 8 January 2024 through 30 December 2026. DHP funds will be used for purchases against the BPA and prices will be firm fixed price on BPA Calls placed against the BPA. This requirement is a supply procurement.
