AMENDMENT 1

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is NOT an order. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway.

RFQ H92257-23-Q-0047 AMENDMENT 1 MARSOC G2 Technical Products changes/amendments the following below in Attachment #1 and Attachment #2 for this requirement.

Changes are as Follow:

1. CLINs 0024, 0030 and 0036 that was on the previous Price Sheet were removed.


2. CLIN 0015 specifications has been added in the Item Description.


3. CLIN 0016 has no color or Grommet Preference. This is also identified in the Items description.


4. Delivery date and address will be provided in the Purchase Order.


5. RFQ due/close Date and Time has been change. New RFQ due/close Date and Time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 10 April 2023.

Quotes are due in accordance with the RFQ. If your entity is interested in submitting a quotation, please do so before the solicitation close date and time of 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, 10 April 2023. Quotes will not be accepted passed the aforementioned date & time specified. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum 90 calendar days.

- No direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions shall be submitted via email to: michel.j.leandre.civ.@socom.mil

- Recommend Vendors confirm receipt of emailed quotes by contacting the MARSOC Contracting Office Michel J. Leandre Jr. at phone number 910-440-0776.
