This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice.

The Base Property Division, aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement to procure Dormitory Furniture. The furniture items consist of Lift Deck Beds, Secretary Wall Units, Mattresses, Task Chairs, Lounge Furniture, Drapery with Hardware, Nightstands, Fleece Blankets, Micro Fridge Combos, and Ottomans. This requirement also includes delivery, disposal, and installation.

It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337126 Metal Household Furniture Manufacturing. The size standard for this requirement is 950 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items).

This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. The solicitation, M6700123Q0028, will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/. Contactors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them on the SAM website. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at http://piee.eb.mil.
